At SheRush, we're committed to providing our customers with fast, reliable, and secure shipping. We understand that receiving your sex toys promptly and in perfect condition is crucial. Free Shipping


We offer free worldwide shipping on all sex toy orders over $130 USD. Of course, we cover 80% of the shipping costs for orders under $130 USD. However, some countries have strict laws prohibiting sex toys, and we cannot ship to those locations. If your country has a region specified during checkout that allows shipping rates to be displayed, then congratulations! We can ship our adorable dolls to you.
For customers in the US, UK, and EU, we don't charge any hidden fees or additional charges. The price you see includes all taxes and customs fees, which we cover whenever possible. For these countries, we always prepay customs duties and shipping costs for you, so there are no additional charges.

Discreet Shipping

  • We value your privacy. All of our sex toys are shipped in packaging that is completely covert.
  • Sex toys are delivered in a plain, unbranded brown box. The contents of the package are unknown to the handler or courier.
  • The outer box will not have any labels indicating the doll.

Shipping Time

  • All in-stock items will ship between 8-12 business days after payment is received.

 It’s an estimated delivery time. Exceptions may extend this time frame (like a Chinese holiday, snowstorm, rainstorm, or COVID-19, etc.)

Tracking Package

We will send you a tracking number by email if the package is shipped. Please keep an eye on your package tracking in case it gets in trouble (eg, suspending tracking, missing item, etc.)  till it is delivered.

Your package will typically be delivered directly to your location, so you can quickly receive updates and monitor the progress of your package using the tracking number.

However, in some cases, we may choose to airfreight your package to your country and handle customs clearance. The carrier will then handle final delivery and update the shipping information. Until your package arrives in the United States, the tracking number will only indicate that the shipping label has been created and will not display any shipping information. We understand that you may have concerns about the status of your package. We ask for your patience during this time and assure you that we take full responsibility for all orders.

Check Your Package

You must inspect every item to check if there is any damage upon arrival of the package. If the package box has been corrupted when you see it, take a photo or video to file a claim with the shipping carrier. It is recommended that you open each unit and examine it, even if the cartons look fine from the outside. If you find any damage, take some pictures or videos. Sometimes we also need your help to file a claim with the shipping carrier if the doll is damaged while shipping.

Shipping Delay

In the process of shipping our packages to our valued customers, international transportation can be affected by various factors:

  • Weather and natural disasters: Severe weather conditions, such as storms, floods, or earthquakes, can cause delays or disruptions in the delivery process.

  • Local holidays: Delivery schedules may be affected by local holidays, during which shipping carriers might not operate or have reduced hours, causing delays in package transit times.
  • Political situations and regulatory changes: Changes in the political climate, government regulations, or trade policies can impact shipping routes, transit times, or even the availability of certain products in some regions.
  • Unforeseen circumstances: Unexpected events such as accidents, strikes, or operational issues within shipping carriers can also cause delays in the delivery process.

Package Issues

If you encounter any of the following situations upon receiving your package, please report it to us promptly.

  • Incorrect Package: When you receive the toys and you find it looks absolutely different from the factory pictures or website, just show us an unboxing video. We will report and check with our factory and shipping carrier, and arrange a new replacement for you.
  • Damaged Dolls: You should file a claim with the shipping carrier on receipt of your package if it is severely damaged. A new replacement will be arranged depending on how severe the damage it is. For slight damage, a repair kit will be offered.
  • Missing Package: If the tracking number shows your package was delivered, but you haven't received anything, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll make it right.

 

 

 

3.How can i track my order?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.2

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
 
4.What should I do if the delivery is delayed/What if my package is lost
 
Our parcels are delivered by logistics companies, which can track the logistics status in real time, but if the delay/loss is caused by irresistible reasons, we are also deeply sorry, we can do the following:
 
A. Maintain communication with the our service
The last thing we want to see is that your package has been delayed. Make sure we know the status of the package. We will keep in touch with you at any time and let you know the status of the package. And explain the situation to you.
 
B. Track your goods in real time
When you notice a delay at any time during the shipment process, you can take some form of action: send a replacement package in a faster way. Or, if there is a delay and you are anxious to get the package, you can contact us, and we may re-issue the package using other shipping methods according to the situation.
 
5.About cancel your order
 
You can cancel your order, we accept order cancellations before product processing. If the order is canceled by that time, you will get a full refund.But If the product has already been shipped out, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel the order. Thank you for your understand!
Note: You will be notified by email once the order has been sent. So it is can not to cancel the order after the goods have been shipped. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Thank you for your understand!
